stock items
If an item is available for purchase it is almost certainly in stock. If for some reason it is sold out, and the online shop doesn't reflect this, you will be notified within 1 business day and can decide whether you'd like to cancel that portion of your order or wait for it to be available.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact the studio to arrange for a replacement.
custom printing
Custom printing is occasionally more complicated than the online ordering system can handle, and if you have any questions or concerns in advance please don't hesitate to ask. These items are designed and printed to order, and as such there is a fair amount of flexibility in what can be done to ensure you receive exactly what you have in mind. A mix of lettering styles, sizing, text placement and typesetting is expected and will be arranged on an individual basis, offline.
There is a fair amount of information on custom ordering in the "how to" tab of each custom item page, but if you're still unsure how it works, please send your questions by email.
shipping
For stock items, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship, and another 1-5 days for it to arrive.
For custom printed orders, please allow 10 business days from final proof approval, and another 1-5 days in transit. Special arrangements will almost always be made for delivery of custom printed orders, including local delivery or expedited shipping, and shipping prices will be adjusted to reflect the change.

Orders are processed through a secure server. Your personal information is protected and credit card numbers are not saved. Your name, email, and so on will never be shared.
